You may only send to recipients who explicitly opted in to receive email from you. Purchased, scraped, rented or harvested lists are prohibited. Every contact must have a recorded consent source and timestamp.
"From", "Reply-To" and routing information must accurately identify you. Do not impersonate other people or organizations, and do not use deceptive subject lines.
Every message must include a working one-click unsubscribe link (RFC 8058 List-Unsubscribe) and your valid physical mailing address (CAN-SPAM). Unsubscribes are honored automatically and immediately.
You must authenticate your sending domains with SPF, DKIM and DMARC before sending at volume.
Hard bounces and spam complaints are automatically suppressed. Maintaining a low complaint rate is your responsibility.
No legitimate provider can "guarantee" inbox placement for unsolicited mail. Deliverability depends on your consent practices, content and reputation.
No phishing, malware, fraud, or any content designed to evade spam filters or deceive recipients.
